物心つく前から母親に聴かされた日本的な琴の旋律、地元（福岡県小倉）の祭り「祇園太鼓」の和太鼓をロック・ミュージックと自然に融合させるため、バンド「絶対無」を結成。自分に無理のない、自然でオリジナルなサウンドを自らのロック作品に追求し始める。

カラダに染みついた「和（日本）」と、後からカラダに染み込んだ「ロック（西洋）」の違和感ない自然な融合をテーマに作品を作る。

My band's name is called "Zettaimu". The literal translation of the band's name Zettaimu is "absolute nothing".
Japanese independent band Zettaimu is simply but refinedly expressing Japanese YUGEN
(mysterious profundity) in the various and different styles of music, alternative, psychedelic,
progressive rock, pops...
Also Zettaimu has the flexibility that can never be fixed by only one genre of music. It is
directly connected with the power of Zettaimu's sound itself. The works are highly regarded
all over the world.
The band is a project of Japanese guitarist/composer Hisashi Furue, who is attracted by
British rock as much as he is by traditional music and rhythms from his own country.
